Stress Arousal Checklist (SACL)

From EuroVR Knowledge Base

Description

Measures how stressed or aroused the participant is at any particular time (it is administered both pre- and post-immersion). This checklist incorporates 2 dimensions: feelings of stress (e.g. pleasantness-unpleasantness) and feelings of arousal (e.g. wakefulness-drowsy) and requires participants to consider these on a 4 point scale.
