Description of The Task Being Trained

Developed to form part of this large automotive company's ongoing training programme for employees of their sales franchise, the serious games-based programme provides users with training on a wide range of areas using interactive 3D sales scenarios.

The system places the user in a series of scenarios, each containing different tasks to undertake. These tasks teach the user skills from customer interaction and understanding the sales process, to requiring them to spot where laws are being broken and requiring them to take action. The platform has also been designed to ensure that the user improves their knowledge on the products being sold and improve their ability to undertake the sales of these products.
