Objectives
The purpose of the AMSI project is to develop a new approach for solving mechanical assembly problems based on the digital mock-up. The final objective is to enable a human operator to interactively control the probalistic tree propagation of the assembly trajectory. The methodology followed consists in combining interactive simulation including haptic feedback and automatic path-planning.
